NAVRATNA SATLADA / SEVEN STRANDS NECKLACE

A beautiful ‘Navratna Satlada’ or seven strands necklace, curated in nine gemstone beads, gold and diamond polkis, the necklace consists of seven pendants, more than ninety-six small paan-shaped pannadiyas with a seven-line cassava (string holder) support.
The nine gems are polki diamonds (goshwara), rubies, emeralds, blue and yellow sapphire, salt-water pearls, red coral, hessonite (gomed) and cats’ eye.

The colours in the second, third and fifth images are closer to the original than the first image wherein the photograph has not captured the actual attractiveness and colours of the gemstones, due to the size constraints in web illustrations.
